Abstract:
Werner Heisenberg, a German scientist, announced a new theory in February of 1927, called the Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle. The principle, in summary, is that an atom's electron's full information and status cannot be completely obtained. The more we calculate the exact location of the electron, the energy of the particle is more vague. However, the more we calculate the exact energy of the electron, the location of the electron becomes more vague.
